WHAT IS AN ECSTATIC DANCE?
Ecstatic Dance is a freeform, conscious dance practice and sound journey. Created by the community for the community, these are intentional, co-creative containers for exploring embodiment, self- expression, catharsis, and play—all through the transformative medium of movement and music.

This is a space to be yourself, discover yourself, become yourself, and support one another in doing the same.
These Ecstatic Dances are:

Sober Spaces,
And we invite you to leave your shoes at the door.

Doors Open ~ 7:30pm
Opening Circle ~ 8:00pm
DANCE ~ 8:15pm
Closing Circle and Sound Bath ~ 10:15pm to 10:40pm

This month, our dance will be guided by the rich soundscapes and deep, sweet, healing beats of Ecstatic Dance veteran DJ, Drez Slezak! Travelling all the way from the mythic land of Ottawa, we are grateful and most excited for his glorious gifts of SOUND.
